CONTENT CREATION
With the approved initial strategy, I complete and finalise it before starting any content creation. This ensures that content created is of good quality, clear messaging and it suits your ideal client’s needs. Once done the content is shared to the client for approval. Once given the green light the content is now live.

Kick-Off Call
Before the kick off call I create an initial content strategy that will be discussed during the call. Logging into accounts also occurs during the call. During the call you share your expectations while reviewing the initial content strategy and research conduct. Once given the go ahead the next step is for me your SMM.

Onboarding
After signing the contract and paying the invoice, you receive an onboarding questionnaire that is a deep dive on more about your business, offer suite, ideal client and their language, brand voice and positioning, business & social media goals, competition and any other desires. Any brand assets like visuals and necessary materials are shared via ClickUp.
