The Social Haze Business

How Content Brewery gave Morgan more than a content strategy — it gave her finger-pointing specific messaging for every offer, a month-by-month content plan, and story frameworks ready to deploy the moment she's ready to sell.

Getting Clarity on Her Business Direction — Beyond Just Content

Morgan's story is one worth telling because it reflects a reality a lot of coaches know well: life happens. You do incredible work, build something solid, and then something shifts before you get the chance to implement it fully.

What Morgan walked away with wasn't metrics. It was a complete content and messaging foundation — crystal clear messaging for each of her offers, a full content bank mapped to her launches, and story prompts ready to go. That foundation doesn't expire. When she's ready to promote her next offering, everything is already built and waiting.

Not Every Story Is About the Numbers

Morgan walked away with three complete documents. A full Messaging Document covering the complete messaging framework for four offers. A Mini Content Bank with 13 detailed content prompts for her 1:1 Coaching Program, 71 for the Group Offer, and 28 for the Membership — each with full creative direction and content type options.

A Story Prompt Guide with 14 story days for 1:1 Coaching program, 12 for the Group offer, and 12 for the Membership — including slide-by-slide prompts, overlay text, poll suggestions, and DM follow-up guide. A complete, ready-to-deploy content system.

The Results

Content Brewery isn't a template handoff. We did a deep discovery process across every offer in Morgan's suite — understanding her ideal client's exact problem, internal monologue, failed solutions, and desires for each program.

I then built finger-pointing specific messaging for each offer, day-by-day story prompt schedules with scripts and CTAs, and a full mini content bank — all customised to her voice.

The Process

Morgan came into Content Brewery with multiple offers — a group program, two 1:1 mentoring containers, and a membership — but her messaging wasn't clearly speaking to the right person for each one.

Her content wasn't consistently attracting aligned clients and showing up to create content felt harder than it should. Not a content volume issue — a messaging clarity issue.

The Challenge

Here's a little bit more about what we did in this project.

  • "Lorna provided excellent feedback — content and in a world that's overrun by cliché AI generated content, her expertise is exceptional."
  • "Her thoughtful questions really helped me get clarity on the direction of my business in general."
  • "She is exceptionally talented with language, creativity, and communication."
  • "She has provided more support and clarity than many other marketing professionals I've invested in working with."
